Climate Technopreneurship Fund (CTF)
In 2024, the UN-affiliated Green Climate Fund (GCF) launched the programme FP240 – “Collaborative R&DB Programme for Promoting the Innovation of Climate Technopreneurship” to accelerate the development and deployment of climate technologies across Southeast Asia.
Under this programme, NH Absolute Return Partners (NHARP) has been appointed by the GCF as the fund manager of the CTF, a US $200 million blended-finance vehicle.
NHARP will lead investments in climate technology companies and projects that aim to deliver sustainable financial returns while creating measurable climate impact across five target countries — Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, the Philippines, and Viet Nam, thereby strengthening the regional ecosystem for low-emission and climate-resilient growth.
